Nancy Michalko is currently the Scholarship Advisor at Park City High School. In this role, she serves as facilitator for college counseling and administers the Community Scholarship Program. She is also a frequent consultant on fundraising issues.

Nancy has years of progressive experience in fundraising and sales. She spent the longest period of her career raising funds for colleges and universities as part of their administrative teams. Nancy was most recently the Vice President for Advancement and Alumni Relations at Westminster College. She held positions as the Associate Vice President of Development for the State University of New York at Buffalo and Director of Development for the Yale University School of Forestry and Environmental Studies. She started her career in fundraising at West Virginia University. Nancy also spent eight years at RuffaloCODY and Associates as Vice President of Sales and consulting to colleges and universities through the East Coast.

She is the past President and board member of the Utah Society of Fundraising Executive, and a long time member of Council for Advance and Support of Education (CASE) where she was a speaker and involved in many of their national conferences. Michalko also worked for Dale Carnegie in Utah as a training consultant. In her role as training consultant, Nancy worked with local area business and individuals in sales, human communications, and leadership on issues of personal and professional improvement. She was also Vice President of Sales for Versera Performance Consulting in Park City, Utah.

Nancy is a graduate of Wheeling Jesuit University in her hometown of Wheeling, West Virginia. She lives in Park City with her husband, George, and their two children. Michalko is an avid skier, hiker, and runner. She is active as President of the St. Mary’s Women’s Group, and recently completed the yearlong Park City leadership program.
