Howard Wallack is a successful retired executive with an extensive background in planning and executing business models. His experience in the transportation industry has given him a strong background in logistics and financial analysis. He has a strong interest in teaching, entrepreneurial endeavors, and civic and political affairs.  He is presently the CEO of Wallack Realty, LLC in Park City, a holding and management company for commercial real estate properties.

For 25 years, Howard was involved with Wallack Freight Lines, Inc. Howard also served for many years on the boards and in executive capacities in various industry associations. These included serving as President and Chairman of the New York State Trucking Association and he also served on the board (as President and Chairman) of The Regional and Distribution Carriers Conference in Washington DC. He was Vice-Chair of Truck Pac, the industry’s Political Action Committee in Washington. He chaired several major committees for the American Trucking Association and served as a Vice President at large for many years.

Howard is a member of several professional organizations including the Chief Executives Organization and the World Presidents’ Organization (where he is presently serving on the local Utah Board). He was a member of the Long Island Chapter of the Young Presidents’ Organization and served in several capacities, including Chapter Chairman. Howard’s education background includes undergraduate studies at the University of South Carolina (B.A. 1969) as well as studies at New York University Orange County Community College, Middleton, NY, and Parsons College in Fairfield, Iowa.

Howard and his wife Barbara (owner of Park City Travel) live in Park City, Utah. They are involved in several local charities and are major contributors to a number of worthy causes. Howard’s hobbies include all forms of outdoor activities such as sailing, skiing, and hiking.
